VICT has on site at the terminal, reefer technicians to monitor the refrigerated cargo 24/7. VICT and IRS International (IRS) have partnered to provide specialist services to refrigerated cargo, repairs and spare parts.
With the dedicated reefer technicians onsite, refrigerated cargo is cared for immediately, resulting in no down time, thus no spoiled cargo. The last port inspections and final pre-sail checks are reliable, giving the customer confidence in information recorded. Furthermore, there is no delay in response time if there was a breakdown, modification of equipment or discrepancy in temperature.
